Completely unique in the world, this equipment has been designed for anyone wishing to practice telephone scenarios in a training environment with groups up to 12. No more ‘back to back’ ‘ring-ring’ pretend stuff.
Gives learners the opportunity to hear themselves – sometimes for the very first time.. Quickly accelerates skills and confidence. Used primarily for new starters to an organisation or for ongoing coaching, the equipment literally plugs into a wall and you are ready to role-play in 5 minutes.
So, trainers and business owners simply split their group into two: the ‘callers’ and ‘receivers’ so they cannot see each other. Then they call each other and it is all automatically recorded.
The Alpha 12 is for up to 12 people, the Alpha 6 for up to 6.
