SugarCRM, the world's fastest growing customer relationship management (CRM) company, today announced that Verticality, a leading IT recruitment consultancy with clients across the UK and Europe, has successfully implemented Sugar Professional to leverage Sugar’s social integration with LinkedIn. Since replacing Salesforce.com with Sugar Professional, Verticality has gained a substantial increase in its sales leads and sources, resulting in a 30 per cent savings to its annual operating costs.

“As the heartbeat of our business, Sugar has really enabled us to be more fluid and successful,” said Rob de Main, Director of Verticality. “It is a very reliable system and that gives us peace of mind.”

Sugar Professional is a solution that simplifies how businesses organise and track people, companies and sales opportunities. The integration of the software was completed with the help of EnableIT, Sugar’s gold-level solutions partner.
With sales automation in Sugar, Verticality has gained the ability to generate, identify and qualify leads to track sales progress and pipeline opportunities.

"With Sugar Professional, our email marketing campaigns have become more intelligent and successful,” says de Main. ” We now have a better understanding of how to manage our campaigns for more successful results.”

Verticality plans to deepen its Sugar integrations and further customise its solution. “We want to integrate mobile features for the iPhone, iPad and BlackBerry.” de Main explains, “We currently have LinkedIn integration, but we’re also looking forward to embracing SugarCRM’s social media features.”

Rob de Main will be outlining his company’s use of social media and CRM at the Social Business Roadshow to be held at IBM’s South Bank offices on 2nd November, 2011.
