Specialist data providing company Marketscan has won the 'Outstanding B2B Data Provider' category at the 'Database Marketing Awards 2011'. At a prestigious ceremony held in London on 12 September, Marketscan, provider of targeted business-to-business leads and client CRM database enhancement, was recognised for its major contribution to the industry.
Marketscan beat stiff competition from major suppliers to scoop the award, which was presented by Barclaycard’s Andrew Jones to Marketscan’s managing director, Julie Knight. The independent judging panel for the Database Marketing Awards comprised senior figures from some of the UK’s major companies, including RAPP, Barclaycard and Macmillan Cancer Support. Many leading industry figures attended the popular event, which took place at The Brewery in the City of London, EC1.
