Following record new business wins, AYMTM, one of the UK’s leading events, communication and incentives agencies, has appointed two key industry players in new director-level posts as part of its strategy to continue its growth and expansion.
Paul Evans will join AYMTM as Director of Events to head up the events and aviation team while Mike Parrott becomes Director of Motivation and Communication.
Evans, who was formerly Managing Director of Wowbean Ltd, will work closely with AYMTM’s clients and suppliers. Paul will also work with AYMTM’s design, creative and product teams to ensure the agency continue to offer challenging and exciting events and incentives.

Mike Parrott’s previous roles include Head of Business Development at Brainstorm and Group Account Director at Grass Roots Group.
Parrott brings his extensive experience in devising and delivering performance enhancing client motivation programmes to the already highly successful AYMTM Performance Improvement approach.
