Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work has come in the top 10, and been ranked for the fifth consecutive year in a prestigious national poll as one of the UK’s 50 Best Workplaces. This places the business park among an elite group of companies who have been awarded the honour of laureate status by the Great Place to Work Institute.

The Enjoy-Work team was evaluated on a wide set of criteria which included company values & culture, training, reward & recognition, communications and corporate responsibility and was specifically praised by the assessment panel for its approach to ensuring the well-being of staff, both physical and emotional.

Kay Chaston, chief executive of Enjoy-Work, said: “Every member of the Enjoy-Work team plays a role in creating a positive working environment for the 5000 employees on the Park who work for a wide variety of industry-leading companies. To be recognised for five consecutive years and achieve laureate status is a testament to the hard work and commitment of the entire team and something which they deserve to be very proud of.”

Chiswick Park is one of the UK’s leading business locations and is recognised as a pioneer in workplace management and design. The philosophy of the Park is that engaged and inspired employees are the key to productivity. Companies such as Discovery, Paramount, Singapore Airlines, Starbucks and Tullow Oil have all endorsed the Enjoy-Work brand by locating their European or UK headquarters on the Park.

The Great Place to Work Institute defines a great place to work as one where the employees: “Trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with.”
