News - Natural Training launches ‘Selling at Tradeshows’

The Natural Training Company has just launched an innovative new training workshop called “Selling at Tradeshows” designed to help sales teams sell more at trade shows and exhibitions. Rather than focus on traditional trade show training methods, the workshop showcases the latest thinking in human behaviour, aimed at helping sales teams make speedy, yet valuable connections with wandering trade customers at exhibitions.

Selling At Tradeshows is a hands-on 4 or 8 hour workshop designed for teams to take a week before the event in the proximity of their stand (if available) or in a training room. The unique methodology is built around four key principles: “Attract”, “Engage”, “Challenge” and “Close”. The workshop is simple, effective and geared towards obtaining maximum return from your next trade show investment. 

Director of Natural Training Matt Drought said that the market is ready for a new trade show training product: 
“Trade show and exhibition season is officially open in the UK right now. When utilised effectively trade shows can be an extremely beneficial source of leads and revenue. However when you wander around a trade show you quickly realise that there is a ‘sameness’ of approach with most teams.   Questions such as ‘Can I help you?’, poor body language and lack of insight into human behaviour results in trade show delegates wandering straight past the stand because they are desensitised to the same tired old techniques. Your selling efforts and indeed your stand may blend in to everything else like wallpaper. This is a large cost to your business.”

Natural Training’s Selling at Tradeshows workshop has been rolled out recently to Grapevine Direct and Company Cards and was extremely well received. Sales and Marketing Manager Sarah Sherman says:
