Using a pre-hire assessment tool can make first-year sales reps 37% more likely to achieve quota compared with non-adopters.

A new study from the Aberdeen Group found that new sales-hires who had been through a 'pre-hire sales assessment tool' were 37% more likely to achieve quota. With such a dramatic up-shift in performance employers should be considering two fundamental areas of assessment; sales skills and sales role suitability.
