Genesys, the leading provider of customer experience and contact centre solutions announced the appointment of Neil Titcomb as Sales Director for Cloud across the UK and Ireland. Titcomb will be responsible for driving sales of the full range of Genesys cloud-based contact centre applications within the Genesys Customer Experience Platforms across the UK and Ireland, according to the Call Centre Clinic.
Titcomb has worked in the telecommunications industry for more than 20 years, and in this time has amassed a wide variety of business experience ranging from sales management and new business development to creating marketing campaigns.
His previous roles have included Territory Manager at Interactive Intelligence, where he was responsible for new business sales and management of partners within the region. He has also worked as Business Development Manager at Altitude software and Communications Management Specialist at Frontrange Solutions.
