Sales Motivations has been shortlisted for two prestigious awards from the Association for Business Psychology, following the announcement of the Workforce Experience Awards 2014 finalists earlier this week.  Sales-Motivations is a finalist in both the Excellence in Performance Improvement and the Excellence in Training categories for their innovative training solutions.

“From a performance development point of view, Sales-Motivations has completely revolutionised the approach for our clients.  It has allowed clients such as Merial, a multi-billion world-leading animal health company and part of global pharmaceutical group Sanofi, to stay on top of performance by maximising sales activity and performance levels throughout their sales teams.” Bryan McCrae, Sales-Motivations.

Over 100 entries per category were judged overall.  In both categories, Sales-Motivations entry demonstrated not only how and why Sales-Motivations is a must have tool for sales teams, but also provided clear evidence of the extensive and impressive impact the product had made on sales performance.

Sales-Motivations works with hundreds of users across many industries and continents including Banking, Pharmaceutical, Animal Medicine, Software, Publishing, Contract Sales, Industrial equipment, Industrial Services and Learning and Development. The Sales-Motivations solution has been shown to produce a 30% increase in sales activity and 20% increase in sales.

‘The business challenge facing Merial sales was the increasing competition against our biggest brand, Frontline, creating serious motivational challenges for the sales force. Those individuals that took the Sales-Motivations program have a much more positive attitude following the completion of the course, which in turn has a positive impact on the sales of those individuals. I can recommend this course to any organisation to bring new life to their sales force.’
Nigel Slater – Sales Director Merial

The winners of the Association for Business Psychology Workforce Experience Awards 2014 will be announced on 15 May 2014 at the Awards Dinner in London.
