The first ‘Customer Delight Awards’ were organised and held in Dubai last Thursday at Jumeirah Emirates Towers where some 40 Top Companies from the Middle East & North Africa (including 25 countries) were selected and awarded.
This event was jointly organized with the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management (ISMM), American Liberty University, and Hamayesh Farazan Co. (Secretariat) on 7th November.
The winning companies were selected based on several Criteria including the Speed of Service, Timing of Service delivery, Going beyond the customer expectation, added values and quality of service.
Some reputable Judges, and world Celebrities were involved in the whole process of research, Study, and Award giving. Dr. Kell Ryan (Founder of Ryan air, World's largest Airline in Terms of Passengers), Dr. Charles Morgan (CEO of Morgan Motor Company), Kriss Akabusi ( Olympic gold Medalist ), Doug Lipp (Ex Customer service director at Disney, and best Selling author of "Disney U"), and Steve Backley (3 time Gold Medalist at Olympics, and world Record breaker) were among the Award givers at the Award Ceremony.
