m-hance, the leading provider of innovative business software solutions, today announces the opening of its new United States headquarters as part of its ambitious worldwide growth plans. m-hance’s new office in Boston will enable it to expand its channel network of partners to meet the increased demand for its solutions.
m-hance is one of the fastest growing technology firms in the UK and achieved a compounded annual growth rate of 89 per cent over the three year period ending 2012. This success has enabled m-hance to make great strides in developing its own IP software solutions which improve business productivity and provide a swift return on investment. These solutions include a portfolio of integrated cloud, mobile and social applications which extend the functionality of its core back-office financial management and customer relationship management solutions.
Mark Thompson, CEO of m-hance, comments, “As our US footprint continues to grow, we are delighted to open a new, larger dedicated, local office which demonstrates our commitment to increasing our presence in North America. The US represents a significant opportunity for us to leverage our own innovative IP solutions which are attracting massive interest, both direct and through our growing network of international partners, where our through-channel approach is proving very successful.”
To support its expanding presence in the United States, m-hance has appointed Paul Crompton as Vice President of Sales North America. Crompton, previously of V1 and Datel Computing, will be based at m-hance’s new Boston office and will engage at senior level with the company’s reseller base to drive its initiatives. Crompton will be joined by m-hance Operations Manager, Helen Samworth, who has extensive experience of working in the United States having performed a similar role for Advanced Business Solutions.
Thompson says, “We are investing well above industry standard rates in developing tailored products that layer over our core solution offerings. These solutions leverage the latest cloud, mobile and social technologies and offer our customers, and our partners’ customers, increased value for money and functionality from their initial software development to gain further efficiency savings.”
Thompson adds, “To fulfill the surge in interest for our solutions in the US we are very pleased to welcome Paul Crompton to m-hance. Paul’s extensive experience in the IT channel, combined with his strong sales acumen, will enable us to better engage our key channel partners to develop and support mutual opportunities.”
