The inaugural Women in Sales Awards will showcase the accomplishments and sales generating talents of the best saleswomen across Europe. In order to be eligible for the Women in Sales award, a candidate must hold a revenue generating position and be nominated by her company.
According to Zars Media; the organizers of the Women in Sales Awards, “Women make great sales professionals not only because they listen ... [but they] are adaptable [and] thrive on diversity and change.” The inherent compassion that women possess is often falsely presumed to be a weakness in sales, but, as more business leaders are discovering, it is actually a valuable asset.
