Xactly, the SaaS based compensation and sales performance management solutions, is expanding its European presence with the announcement of a new London office and the rapid recruitment of new staff. 


Xactly continues to have a strong 2012, adding 75 new customers in the third quarter, including multiple 1,000-plus seat deals and the largest new customer contract in company’s history.

Xactly Express, the company’s offering for emerging businesses, increased its customer base by more than 30 per cent in the third quarter, and saw greater than 75 per cent business growth relative to the same period last year. The company is now focused on growing its European team with the opening of its Headquarters for Europe in central London.



Xactly chose London as its European base to tap into the large talent pool, solid communication infrastructure, business-friendly regulatory regime and high number of early technology adopter customers. Based on Euston Road, the new office is located in the heart of town, close to King’s Cross International for fast links to mainland Europe.

Trade and Investment Minister Lord Green comments: “It is great news that Xactly is bringing employment and investment to the UK. Boasting a strong professional services sector and a highly skilled workforce, London is the ideal location for technology firms looking to expand into Europe. The Government is determined to ensure Britain is open for business and attractive to international companies. I wish Xactly every success in the UK.”

Our increased presence in Europe provides our customers with local technical support and accessibility to their account teams. The move means major European customers such as ARM, British Gas, Carestream Health, Informatica, Mavenir Systems and Motorola Solutions Inc, and based around the London area now have easy access to local support and sales teams.
