At the end of September the ISMM held an invite only event in conjunction with Meta-Lucid around the ethics involved with sales training and consultancy services procured by Sales Directors. The event looked at the messages that consultants and training organisations give, and the ability of those businesses to deliver on these messages.

In the room were Sales Directors and other individuals charged with increasing performance within their business, they were challenged with the question ‘Is Sales Leadership and your organisation the restricting component of any performance improvement initiative and the real root cause?’
