Conversational marketing technology provider Neolane today announced the appointment of John Kirwan as a senior sales consultant, reporting to Lindsay McEwan, Neolane’s UK country manager.
For more than 11 years, Kirwan has been working with some of the biggest household retail and eCommerce brands in the UK, helping them to define their data-driven relationship marketing strategies, select the most appropriate technology and services solutions and optimise return on investment.
“John is a respected, successful and professional sales manager whose knowledge and integrity have earned him the trust of many senior figures in the retail and eCommerce sector,” said Lindsay McEwan. “John will play a key role in the further development of Neolane in the UK.”
Prior to joining Neolane, Kirwan was business development manager, EMEA at Epsilon, a leading marketing services firm, and earlier for Experian and D&B. Kirwan has developed in-depth understanding of what drives consumers to purchase and then become brand advocates. He has detailed experience of the marketing processes that can assist acquisition, repeat purchase and then loyalty, leading to long term relationships and heightened customer-lifetime value.
“Marketers today seek intuitive and user-friendly technology supported by expertise and an approach focused upon optimising return on investment,” said Kirwan.”It’s my view that the Neolane platform offers unrivalled flexibility and achieves cross-channel convergence better than any other marketing technology product. I’ve joined a great team here at Neolane and am looking forward to helping our customers attain their relationship marketing goals.”
Neolane’s retail and eCommerce customers include Barnes and Noble, Brand Alley, Carrefour, Debenhams, Fnac, IKEA, Photobox, Redcats, Sears Canada, Sephora Europe, and many others.
