Sales is a high pressure profession with targets, difficult buyers, and unrealistic management expectations. The SalesPro is written by sales professionals for sales professionals, and the one thing we know about those who work in sales, is that we work hard and play hard. For that reason, we look at three short videos that hopefully can lighten the spirit as we go into Christmas, and hopefully a more relaxed period!

In Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Jason Stratham’s character Bacon is selling stolen jewellery out of a suitcase in the market place. The problem here is that most people think this is what selling is, although on the plus side his open response could have something to do with qualification! click on the link to see one of the best pitches two hit our screens!
 
 
In a world where you sometimes need to look for the ‘mini-win’ The Flight of the Conchords’ manager Murray brings the lads some good news on CD sales, unfortunately it is not as good news as they were expecting. Murray looks at the positives here, am sure we can all relate to this kind of ‘good news’!
 
 
One of the most famous scenes delivered by Monty Python in the film ‘The Life of Brian’ this never fails to cheer me up. Brian is forced into a ‘negotiation’ with a salesman in a busy market place whilst trying to escape from the Romans. Would you like all negotiations to go this way?
